Product Overview
JTY300 series is a full‑digital SCR power controller covering single‑phase and three‑phase applications. Main‑circuit voltage ranges from AC 100 V up to 1140 V. Built‑in 24‑bit AD chip supports optional true‑RMS measurement for real‑time voltage, current and active‑power acquisition.
Equipped with digital phase‑locked‑loop plus Fourier algorithm for outstanding noise immunity under severe industrial interference. It supports multiple load connection configurations including star‑connection (neutral‑connected / neutral‑isolated) and delta‑connection. It integrates soft‑start, soft‑stop, phase‑loss protection, SCR over‑temperature detection and emergency stop functions. Optional RS485 Modbus‑RTU communication and analog re‑transmission output are available.
Adaptive mains frequency from 47 Hz to 63 Hz enables stable operation with generator power supplies. It works for resistive heating, rectification, electroplating and field‑excitation control scenarios, for new‑machine integration as well as legacy‑equipment retrofits.

24‑bit high‑resolution AD sampling; optional true‑RMS measurement for voltage, current and power. Comprehensive protection covers heatsink over‑temperature, phase loss, over‑voltage, over‑current and load‑break detection. Passive relay alarm contacts (NO + NC) provide interlock and external alarming. Stores up to 10 historical fault records for troubleshooting.
⚡Flexible signal I/O options
Analog setpoint inputs: 0‑20 mA, 4‑20 mA, 0‑10 mA, 0‑5 V, 0‑10 V, 1‑5 V, 2‑10 V and external potentiometer manual adjustment. Optional DA re‑transmission output mirrors voltage/current/power via standard analog signals. Manual‑Auto switch supports convenient on‑site commissioning.
⚡Modbus‑RTU communication for system integration
Optional RS485 Modbus‑RTU interface. Supports read/write of parameters, runtime status and fault codes. Seamlessly connects to carbon‑potential controllers, PLC and SCADA host software for remote monitoring, parameter downloading and centralized automation management.
⚡Local HMI for on‑site operation
Onboard display and touch keys for local parameter configuration. Real‑time readout of voltage, current, power and alarm codes. Historical fault log query accelerates on‑site diagnosis and maintenance.
