ChipDAQ‑CP is a fully domestic carbon potential dedicated process controller developed by Dekun, specially designed for carburizing and carbonitriding heat‑treatment processes. Powered by self‑developed Real‑OS real‑time operating system, it realizes high‑precision acquisition and closed‑loop PID control for furnace carbon potential and temperature. Optimized AI algorithm enables online carburizing case‑depth calculation for zirconia oxygen probe. It integrates multi‑segment program profiles, group‑switchable PID, automatic oxygen probe cleaning, safety interlock and multi‑channel DIO logic outputs. Dual‑channel RS485 is standard, optional Modbus‑TCP Ethernet supports remote monitoring and process traceability, serving as a domestic alternative to imported carbon potential controllers. Widely applied for pit furnaces, multi‑purpose furnaces, mesh‑belt furnaces and other atmosphere heat‑treatment equipment.

Three panel formats are available: CP‑04(96×96 cutout 92×92 mm), CP‑08(horizontal 96×48), CP‑H8(vertical 48×96). Equipped with 3.5‑inch IPS TFT color LCD and dust‑proof tactile keys, front‑panel IP66 rating. Full galvanic isolation among input, output and power supply delivers excellent noise immunity for industrial cabinet environments.

Each segment assigns independent DIO timing outputs for enriching/carrier gas solenoid‑valve sequential control for complete carburizing‑diffusion cycles.

5‑Group Switchable PID Control Five sets of independent PID parameters can be auto‑switched based on PV, SV or program segments. Auto‑tune AT, output limit and over‑shoot suppression reduce oscillation for stable carbon potential regulation across heating, soaking and cooling phases.

Flexible I/O Configuration Oxygen‑probe 0‑2V dedicated input; second channel supports 43 universal sensor signal types; third channel configurable as CO/H₂ analyzer input or retransmission output. 16‑point user‑defined linearization for non‑standard sensors. Multiple analog/relay/SSR outputs; up to 9 alarm & DIO channels (2‑relay dry‑contact +7 open‑collector DIO). DIO pins freely configured as DI input or DO output for external trigger, program reset, segment skip, manual probe cleaning.
