4‑Loop PID Process Controller

ChipDAQ‑4PC is a fully‑domestically‑developed 4‑loop panel‑mount PID process controller by Dekun, powered by self‑developed Real real‑time operating system for multi‑task and multi‑thread measurement & control. With 92×92 mm panel cutout and a 3.5‑inch 800×600 high‑resolution IPS TFT color display plus dust‑proof tactile keys, the unit features full‑galvanic‑isolation among four independent loops. Each channel is configurable for closed‑loop regulation of temperature, pressure, oxygen potential, flow and other process variables. It serves as a cost‑effective domestic alternative to imported multi‑loop controllers for heat‑treatment furnaces, atmosphere furnaces, hot‑press equipment and research‑grade test systems.

Description

4 Fully‑isolated Independent Control Loops Equipped with 24‑bit isolated simultaneous ADC, measurement accuracy reaches 0.1%FS. Each loop supports 47 universal input types including thermocouple, RTD, mV, mA and voltage signals. Output options cover analog signals, relay and SSR transistor drive. Auto‑tune PID and bumpless manual‑auto transfer are supported. Three optically‑isolated digital inputs (DI) enable external trigger for program run/hold, auto‑tuning and mode switching.

Advanced Program Curve & Group‑PID Function Supports shared 50‑segment multi‑loop program profiles with cycle operation, deviation wait and power‑off resume. Five groups of switchable PID parameters can be invoked automatically based on PV, SV or program segments to optimize performance across heating, soaking and cooling phases. Independent ramp‑up / ramp‑down rate limits protect process conditions. 16‑point user‑defined linearization correction adapts to special sensors and non‑standard processes.

Flexible Multi‑alarm Logic Up to 4 relay alarm outputs are available. Nine alarm modes are selectable: high limit, low limit, high/low deviation, deviation band, sensor break, program‑end and more. Alarm hysteresis and action delay prevent false triggering caused by field interference for safe interlock.

Dual‑port Communication & Process Data Logging Dual‑channel RS485 Modbus‑RTU is standard; Modbus‑TCP over Ethernet is optional for connection with HMI, PLC and SCADA systems. TF‑card black‑box data logging is supported. Historical process data can be exported via TYPE‑C USB for complete traceability of production recipes.

Industrial‑grade Hardware Reliability 2300 V AC isolation among input, output and power circuits. Gold‑plated modular terminals; front‑panel IP66 rating. Wide‑range AC power supply 86‑260 V AC. The native real‑time OS delivers strong noise immunity for harsh cabinet environments. OEM & ODM customization is acceptable.
