24 Segment Curves Industrial Process Controller adopts a 24-bit processing chip, featuring high measurement and control accuracy. It also offers more extended functions, with a modular design for more flexible configuration.

24 Segment Curves Industrial Process Controller supports 9 process profiles, and each profile can be set with 24-segment program curves, enabling 24-segment curve-based process control. Practical functions such as relay action output and 5-group PID call can be implemented in the 24-segment curves as needed, meeting complex requirements for curve process control. It supports grouped output limiting, allowing the setting of time and specified output restriction percentage to protect the load.

This program process control instrument is equipped with dual-output control functions for heating and cooling.

The 2 auxiliary input channels have the following functions: heater wire break alarm, remote DCS (Distributed Control System) remote setting of set value (SV), high-low temperature switching between dual sensors, and dual-sensor redundancy.

There are 2 groups of optically isolated digital input, which can realize flexible application switching for various application functions.

This process control instrument supports input functions for 32 types of common industrial signal sensors.

Control output types include: relay, analog linear signal, solid-state relay output (transistor), and thyristor (which can directly drive electrical equipment with a current of less than 5A).

This program control instrument has a very user-friendly human-machine interface design, with simple and convenient key operation. During the execution of the program curve, it can display functions such as the current remaining time and the current set value.

Local editing and input of the program curve are simple and convenient; the program segment curves have a power-off data retention function and a power-on alarm exemption function.

It adopts a control algorithm that is adaptable to various operating conditions.

Optional Modbus RTU and TCP communication protocols are available.
