It supports 9 process profiles, with each profile configurable for 24-segment program curves-this allows for 24-segment curve-based process control. Practical functions such as relay action output and 5-group PID call can be implemented in the 24-segment curves as required, meeting complex demands for curve process control. It supports grouped output limiting, where users can set the time and specified output restriction percentage to protect the load.
This program process control instrument is equipped with dual-output control capabilities for heating and cooling.
The 2 auxiliary input channels offer the following functions: heater wire break alarm, remote SV (Set Value) adjustment via DCS (Distributed Control System), high-low temperature switching between dual sensors, and dual-sensor redundancy.
There are 2 groups of optically isolated digital inputs, enabling flexible application switching for various functional needs.
This process control instrument supports input from 32 types of common industrial signal sensors.
