ChipDAQ‑5DV is a DIN‑rail mounted multi‑channel DC voltage acquisition module from Dekun. Based on 24‑bit high‑resolution ADC with true‑RMS measurement, it delivers 5 fully‑isolated synchronous channels for ±1000V DC voltage sampling, covering both positive and negative DC signals. The module features built‑in OLED display and touch keys, dual communication (RS485 as standard, optional Ethernet) with Modbus‑RTU / Modbus‑TCP protocol for seamless connection to HMI, PLC and SCADA systems. It is suitable for DC‑bus monitoring, battery‑string inspection, renewable‑energy DC measurement and retrofitting projects.

24‑bit High‑precision True‑RMS Acquisition with Full Isolation Independent 24‑bit ADC per channel, sampling rate up to 1.9K SPS, measurement accuracy better than 0.2%. 2000V AC isolation between 5 channels; isolated differential input offers excellent common‑mode noise rejection. Measuring range covers DC‑1000V~+1000V for both positive and negative DC voltage.

Arbitrary Polarity Connection per Channel Each channel supports free positive/negative wiring polarity, simplifying on‑site installation and reducing wiring errors.

OLED Display with Touch‑key HMI OLED screen shows measurement values for dual channels simultaneously with automatic cyclic display (0‑30s, 0=off). Four touch keys enable full parameter configuration without a host computer. Configurable buzzer and screen‑off time; real‑time readings are visible inside the cabinet.

Flexible Field Calibration Independent offset calibration (−9.0%~+9.0%) for each of the 5 channels to correct field system deviations. Built‑in digital filter (0‑10s adjustable) stabilizes readings under electromagnetic interference.

Dual‑port Industrial Communication Standard RS485, optional Ethernet, compliant with Modbus‑RTU / Modbus‑TCP. 32‑bit float data output via function‑code 04. Modifiable station address (1‑247), baud rate (4800/9600/19200), parity, communication delay and IP / gateway / subnet‑mask parameters, supporting multi‑module distributed acquisition networks.

Industrial‑grade DIN‑rail Design DC24V(±10%) power supply, max power consumption ≤3W. Compact dimension 89 × 40 × 108mm, 35mm DIN‑rail mounting. Operating temperature 0‑50℃, humidity ≤85%RH for continuous cabinet operation.
