With a modular design, on-site maintenance and replacement are extremely convenient. Its high reliability and heat dissipation technology ensure the product's stability during long-term operation.
This product is widely applicable to electric heating control. High Energy Efficiency Three-Phase Power Regulator can adapt to the heating control of resistive loads, silicon carbide rods, silicon molybdenum rods, quartz lamps, graphite loads, and inductive transformer loads, serving as an excellent execution unit for temperature control. It is extensively used in industries such as petroleum, chemicals, pharmaceuticals, glass manufacturing, metal heat treatment, and smelting.
High Energy Efficiency Three-Phase Power Regulator is equipped with an intelligent online distribution function, which can reduce the impact on the power grid. It comes with a standard MODBUS RTU interface, MODBUS TCP communication protocol, and an optional PROFIBUS DP bus interface.

Equipped with a power-on soft start function, with the soft start time configurable from 0 to 360 seconds. It also has a soft shutdown function.

Integrates SCR overtemperature detection, power phase failure protection, and precise current transformer-based current limiting and overcurrent protection. It also features an emergency stop function for faults.

Adopts linear program control with no output temperature drift. A dedicated anti-interference CPU is used to ensure system reliability.

Offers an optional transmission output function with multiple transmission types available.

Automatically adapts to the main power frequency, with a frequency range of 47-63Hz.

Can be widely used in various working environments with unstable generator frequency to ensure system safety and reliability.
