Description

JT‑mini Single‑Phase SCR Power Controller

Product Overview

【Images: DIN‑rail installation renderings, terminal wiring diagram】

JT‑mini is a fully‑digital domestic single‑phase SCR power controller with standard 35 mm DIN‑rail clip‑on mounting to greatly save cabinet space. It supports free switching between phase‑angle voltage regulation and zero‑cross cycle‑firing mode. Continuous power adjustment for resistive loads is achieved by receiving standard industrial analog signals.

Built‑in true‑RMS measurement monitors real‑time load voltage, current and power. It provides multi‑protection including power‑on soft‑start, soft‑stop, heatsink over‑temperature, over‑current, over‑voltage and load‑break detection. Optional RS485 Modbus‑RTU communication enables linkage with host computers, carbon potential controllers and PLCs. It is well‑suited for new equipment matching as well as retrofitting & upgrading of legacy small heat‑treatment furnaces, laboratory heaters and ovens.

Key Features (3‑column card layout for web page)

⚡Compact DIN‑rail design for easy installation

Clip‑on mounting on standard 35 mm DIN rail; no panel cut‑out required. Compact footprint for compact cabinet retrofits. Simple assembly, disassembly and maintenance, reducing cabinet wiring workload.

⚡Integrated voltage‑regulation & cycle‑firing, mode switchable

Supports phase‑angle voltage regulation and zero‑cross cycle firing for resistive heating loads. Parameters can be set locally via front‑panel keys; output power can also be given remotely by external analog signal or field‑bus communication.

⚡Adjustable power‑on soft‑start & soft‑stop

Soft‑start time adjustable from 0‑400 seconds, soft‑stop time 0‑60 seconds. It suppresses inrush current at power‑on, protects heating elements, mitigates grid impact and extends heater service life.

⚡True‑RMS measurement & multi‑fault protection

Real‑time measurement of load voltage, current and actual power. Detects heatsink over‑temperature, over‑current, over‑voltage and load wire breakage. Fault relay contact output (NO + NC) for external alarm or interlock shutdown.

⚡Wide signal compatibility for mainstream control systems

Accepts multiple analog setpoint signals: 4‑20 mA, 0‑10 mA, 0‑5 V, 0‑10 V, 1‑5 V, 2‑10 V. Manual adjustment via external potentiometer; auto/manual switch for convenient commissioning.

⚡Modbus‑RTU communication for system integration

Optional RS485 interface with standard Modbus‑RTU protocol. Connectable to carbon‑potential controllers, PLC and SCADA host software for remote parameter read/write, runtime status acquisition and fault code reading to realize centralized automatic monitoring.

⚡Local HMI for on‑site operation

Equipped with OLED display and operating keys. Operators can read voltage, current, power and heatsink temperature locally. On‑site parameter configuration and fault history query simplify commissioning and troubleshooting.
