Intelligent frequency/rotational speed/linear speed acquisition and transmission module is a multi-functional measurement and control device specially designed for industrial scenarios. Rotational Speed Frequency Linear Velocity Collection Module can accurately realize real-time monitoring and data processing of three core parameters: rotational speed, frequency, and linear speed. The module is equipped with a 24V power supply port, which can provide stable power for external sensors. Rotational Speed Frequency Linear Velocity Collection Module also supports custom relay output actions based on measured values to meet diverse on-site control needs.
In terms of data transmission and signal conversion, the module has dual capabilities: it can not only efficiently transmit measurement data to upper computers (such as industrial computers, touch screens, PLCs, etc.) through a photoelectrically isolated RS-485 communication interface, but also convert data into 16-bit high-precision analog signals for transmission output. In addition, the module supports two channels of custom DI input, which can flexibly adapt to different monitoring scenarios. It is widely used in equipment operation status monitoring and control in machinery manufacturing, electric power, transportation and other fields.

Multi-parameter measurement for versatile scenarios: Simultaneously supports rotational speed, frequency, and linear speed measurement. Compatible with discrete signals and level pulses (high level +4V~+30V) as input signals. External sensors include photoelectric pairs, proximity switches, Hall sensors, encoders, etc., meeting diverse measurement needs in industrial sites.
Flexible alarm and control: Equipped with 2 channels of relay alarm output, supporting custom alarm types (upper limit alarm, lower limit alarm, upper deviation alarm, lower deviation alarm, deviation band alarm, etc.). Allows setting of alarm upper/lower limits, hysteresis values, and delay times (0-600s). Relay contact rating reaches 2A250VAC with a service life exceeding 10⁵ operations, ensuring stable control.
High-precision signal transmission: Features 2 channels of 16-bit high-precision DA transmission output. Available transmission types include 0-20mA, 0-5V, 0-10V, 4-20mA, 1-5V, 2-10V, etc. With a comprehensive accuracy of 0.2%, it can accurately convert measurement data to adapt to subsequent automated control systems.
Stable communication and data transmission: Adopts a photoelectrically isolated RS-485 communication interface. Communication address can be set from 1-247. Baud rates support 4800/9600/19200bps. Parity modes include no parity, odd parity, and even parity. Strong anti-interference capability ensures stable data interaction with the host computer.
Convenient configuration and display: Equipped with an LCD display window that can real-time show measured values, menus, and parameters. Supports multiplier A (-1999999~9999999), multiplier B (1~9999999), and 7-digit decimal point settings to meet different range and precision requirements. Parameter configuration can be completed through SET, confirm, and increase/decrease buttons, making operation simple.
Reliable power supply and installation: Supports a wide range of power supplies, including high-voltage power supply 85-305VAC/100-430VDC and low-voltage power supply DC24V±10%, with a maximum power consumption of only 2.16W. Uses 35mm DIN rail mounting. Compact in size, it is suitable for installation in industrial control cabinets and has strong adaptability to working environments (0~+50℃, ≤85% RH).
