Core Product Positioning
The AC voltage and current transmitter is a signal acquisition and transmission device designed for power systems and industrial power distribution scenarios. It can simultaneously input AC voltage and current signals, adopt the root mean square measurement principle, and realize accurate acquisition, isolation transmission of power parameters. It is the core basic unit of the power monitoring system.
Core Functions and Technical Highlights
- Synchronous Acquisition and High-precision Measurement: Can simultaneously collect two channels of AC voltage and current signals, adopt true RMS (RMS) measurement algorithm to accurately measure the effective value of voltage and current under distorted waveforms, with high measurement accuracy and small error.
- Three-terminal Isolation Design: Full isolation of input, output, and power supply, effectively blocking the interference of high-voltage side to low-voltage side, ensuring equipment and personnel safety, and improving the anti-interference ability of signal transmission.
- Standard Signal Transmission Output: Converts the collected high-voltage and high-current signals into standard industrial analog signals such as 4-20mA and 0-10V, which can be directly connected to PLC, acquisition modules, instruments and other equipment to realize standardized signal transmission.
- Wide Range Adaptation: Supports input of multiple voltage and current ranges, adapting to 0-500V AC voltage, 0-5A/0-100A AC current and other on-site requirements, and can adapt to different power distribution scenarios without replacing the module.
Typical Application Scenarios
- Factory power distribution system: Real-time monitoring of voltage and current in distribution cabinets and power distribution boxes
- Power operation and maintenance: Operation parameter monitoring of transmission lines and transformers
- New energy: Output voltage and current monitoring of photovoltaic inverters and charging piles
- Motor control: Motor operating current and voltage monitoring and overload protection
Usage Notes
When installing, strictly follow the wiring specifications, pay attention to the phase and range matching of input signals, and do a good job of grounding protection. Regularly calibrate measurement accuracy to avoid drift during long-term use. Do not input over-range signals to avoid damaging the equipment.
