I. Overload Protection Principle of Power Regulators

II. Three Common Protection Methods

Current Limiting: Similar to installing a pressure-reducing valve on a water pipe, it automatically controls the current within a safe range.

Temperature Monitoring: It detects component temperatures in real time and shuts down automatically in case of overheating.

Delay Protection: It distinguishes between instantaneous current surges and actual overloads to avoid false tripping.

 

III. Precautions for Use

Even with protection features, the following points should be noted during daily use:

1.Do not operate continuously near the maximum power limit.

2.Regularly check if the cooling fan is functioning properly.

3.Avoid use in dusty or humid environments.
