Description

24-bit high-speed multi-channel synchronous data acquisition, with full 5-digit data display capable of showing ±10000.
Dual MODBUS RTU communication, with optional MODBUS TCP Ethernet. It supports the communication data synchronization function, enabling automatic SV (Set Value) synchronization during multi-instrument operation and realizing synchronized data control of multiple control instruments.
Oxygen Sensor Input Carbon Potential Controller can implement communication-based digital PID control, directly controlling one or multiple digital power control instruments to achieve full digital control.

Communication data supports the 16-bit integer standard. When the data exceeds 16 bits, it can automatically switch to 32-bit integer data reading and writing, realizing high-precision, full-resolution real reading for process control.

Equipped with a 32-bit RISC instruction set industrial-grade microprocessor, it features higher anti-interference capability and faster response speed.

The control output refresh rate is 50ms, adapting to faster control processes.

The dual-channel mathematical calculation function enables the implementation of complex algorithm logic, and the instrument is equipped with high-precision carbon potential measurement and control functions.

Oxygen Sensor Input Carbon Potential Controller has 4 channels of hard-contact alarm output and program control output, as well as 9 channels of programmable DIO (Digital Input/Output) functions-each IO can be customized as input or output according to requirements.

Oxygen Sensor Input Carbon Potential Controller supports dual-sensor high-low temperature switching function and redundancy switching function. When a sensor malfunctions, it automatically switches to the backup input measurement channel.

Program curves can control the arbitrary timed output of 9 channels. It integrates the fixed time-scale function output mode and the program curve time-scale function, allowing flexible configuration as needed. It also supports rate curve mode and classic time-mode curve input functions.

Full-screen OVERVIEW display technology enables real-time insight into each process control parameter.

It supports 20 curves, with 50 segments per curve, and allows in-segment cycling and program curve cycling.

10 groups of grouped PID and 10 groups of grouped output limiting control are available, meeting the requirements of various control working conditions.

It supports analog setting and digital remote setting functions.

It supports non-standard signal input and multi-point linearization processing, as well as input of 47 types of industrial standard sensor signals.

DI and DO

The DIO function is programmable and can be defined as input (DI) or output (DO) via parameter settings.

DI can only accept passive dry contact input signals.

DO is an open-collector output with a load capacity of up to 200mA; an external 24V signal is required to drive intermediate relays.
