Dual-Loop pid Temperature Controller is an industrial process control instrument designed with measurement and control technology. Dual-Loop pid Temperature Controller features high measurement and control accuracy, as well as a power-on alarm exemption function.

Full 5-digit data display for real-time insight into each process control parameter, capable of showing ±99999.

Dual communication: one channel for MODBUS RTU communication, and one channel for MODBUS TCP Ethernet.

Communication data supports the 16-bit integer standard. When the data range exceeds 16 bits, an offset address method is used to enable 32-bit integer data reading and writing, realizing high-precision, full-resolution real reading for process control.

Equipped with 24-bit high-speed multi-channel synchronous data acquisition and a 32-bit RISC instruction set industrial-grade microprocessor, it offers strong anti-interference capability and fast response.

The control output refresh rate is 50ms, adapting to faster control processes.

4 channels of hard-contact alarm output and program end alarm output; 9 channels of programmable DIO (Digital Input/Output) functions-each IO can be customized as input or output as needed. By combining relays with DO applications, up to 13 alarm channels can be achieved.

Supports program curve cycling.

Program curves can control the on-off output of 9 channels of open-collector digital signals.

5 groups of grouped PID output limiting control, meeting the requirements of various control working conditions.

Supports input of 47 types of industrial standard sensor signals, as well as non-standard signal input and multi-point linearization processing.

DI and DO

The DIO function is programmable and can be defined as input (DI) or output (DO) via parameter settings.

DI can only accept passive dry contact input signals.

DO is an open-collector output with a load capacity of up to 200mA; an external 24V signal is required to drive intermediate relays.
